Terms and Conditions
Payment is for training and does not automatically guarantee certification as a clinical hypnotherapy/ NLP practitioner graduate of the course. Evaluation and certification may involve additional fees and is subject to satisfactory completion of all elements of the course including any personal study as deemed appropriate.

Individual therapy / coaching needs
Courses are primarily for training. Therefore participants are strongly encouraged to attend to any coaching and / or therapy requirements they may identify, outside of the course. Denise Collins will offer discounted rates for personal therapy / coaching to course participants and graduates, if she has availability. If not, she will recommend suitably qualified and experienced practitioners. It is important to recognise that ‘being a client’ can be as much a part of professional development and progress as studying. (The “do not sell what you would not buy” principle.)

Assessment Process
You will be continuously monitored and assessed during the course. Full current evaluation and certification criteria for specific programs will be available. You are encouraged to keep a journal documenting your own research and personal development. You are required to undertake personal study between modules and to provide evidence of such. Hypnotherapy and NLP involve both science and art. Therefore, you are encouraged to develop your own unique style whilst adhering to core methods, principles and ethics.

Pass rates
In general everyone has more potential than they use. The expectation is that if you successfully complete all required elements of a program you will pass the course evaluation. Denise (and any course assistants/ tutors) are there to support you through the course and monitor your improvement. You will be provided with appropriate feedback that highlights areas for potential improvement in order to ensure your success.

Attendance and fees
You are expected to attend all face to face modules and to pay all fees promptly. Failure to do so may result in a delay to your graduation.

Advanced Training
Please be aware that admittance on to subsequent advanced training and intermediate CPD workshops and seminars is not automatic.

Conduct & Behaviour
Denise Collins reserves the right to exclude any participant from the training program if their behaviour or conduct is regarded as unacceptable and/or negatively impacts on the learning experience of other participants. In the exceptional circumstance that Denise does have to ask a participant to leave a course, a refund of any fees for the modules not attended will be given. There will be no refund for any modules attended.
