Denise has been a successful independent trainer and consultant for over 10 years. She has a good reputation and is highly regarded by those she has worked with, including; chief and senior executives, managers, barristers, social workers, politicians, sports professionals, educators, performers, consultant psychologists, business owners and entrepreneurs... to name but a few.
She has designed and delivered a variety recognised accredited programs in house for third sector and public sector organisations as well as (via a translator) to Turkish business people in Istanbul. Denise also runs regular accredited open programmes.
She is currently undertaking a post graduate masters’ degree in coaching psychology with the University of East London, studying the effectiveness of a coaching approach to management.
Before becoming an independent consultant she enjoyed a varied professional career including management, education and people development. Denise has a wealth of professional, academic and life experience which puts her in the best position to support a variety of people. 

She left her South East London secondary school with few qualifications. Got married at just 18 and was a single parent living on state benefits by the age of 21. She worked very hard to gain a place to study for her first degree at university. She has been married to her “current” husband for 25 years and has 3 grown up offspring.
